You review it against the transcript and the audio, edit if needed, sign it, then copy it to your practice management system or email a summary to the client.

Yes. Every practice starts with a 7-day free trial covering up to 10 consultations or 240 recorded minutes, whichever comes first. A card is required to start and you can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. When the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically unless you have cancelled.

Vetty Scribe costs US$99 per veterinarian per month, or US$990 per veterinarian per year, excluding VAT. Every seat includes unlimited consultations, medical records, patients and clients. There are no per-minute fees and no per-record charges.

No. Vetty Scribe drafts the medical record from the consultation; the veterinarian reviews, edits and signs it. It does not diagnose, prescribe or make clinical decisions, and nothing is sent to a client until you have signed the record.

Consultations are transcribed in whatever language is spoken in the room, across 90+ languages, including conversations that switch language mid-sentence. You choose the language the medical record is written in, and the transcript can be read in the same language. The interface is currently in English.

The audio is saved on your device as you record, uploaded, transcribed and kept while the record is a draft so you can replay any moment. Seven days after you sign the record, the audio is deleted. The transcript and the signed record are kept as part of the patient's history.

Your practice. Consultations, transcripts and signed records belong to your practice's account and are accessible to the veterinarian who recorded them and to the practice's administrators. Clients receive only the summary you choose to send. Deleting a consultation removes its recording immediately.

Vetty Scribe does not integrate with practice management systems directly yet. Every signed record has a copy button, for the whole record and for each section, formatted as plain text with headings so it pastes cleanly into any free-text field.

Yes. Vetty Scribe asks you to confirm the client's consent before your first recording with them and keeps it on file for later visits. A record cannot be signed without consent on file. The recording screen shows only the patient's name and the timer, so it can face the client.

Vetty Scribe runs in the browser on the consult-room computer and on phones and tablets, with no installation required. It can be added to the home screen as an app. Recording continues through a locked screen, a phone call or a lost connection, and the audio is uploaded once you are back online.

Yes. SOAP and DEAP templates are included and you can build your own with the sections and instructions you want. Paste one of your past reports and Vetty Scribe writes in your structure, phrasing and level of detail. Names and contact details are removed before anything is stored.
